Who we are
Parent Whisperer operates parenting coaching and mentoring services with a postal hub at PO Box 1, Cammeray NSW 2062. This policy covers information submitted through our contact form, email, or phone enquiries.
What we collect
We only collect details you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred service, and message content. Coaching notes from paid sessions are stored separately with password-protected files.
How we use information
We use your details to respond to quote requests, schedule sessions, and send follow-up information you have agreed to receive. We do not sell contact lists. If you ask us to delete enquiry records, we will do so unless Australian law requires retention.
Storage and security
Digital records are kept on encrypted devices and reputable email providers with two-factor authentication. Paper intake forms, when used at events, are stored in locked cabinets at our administrative address.
Overseas clients
Families joining from Singapore, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or other regions should know data may transit through Australian servers. By submitting a form you acknowledge this transfer for the purpose of delivering coaching.

This static website does not load third-party analytics scripts or advertising trackers. Essential cookies may still be set by your browser when loading fonts from Google Fonts.
